Struers, the world's leading manufacturer of material-testing equipment, is looking for an Inside Technical Sales Representative to generate sales of equipment, accessories, and consumables. Primary duties include working closely with the outside sales team, making outbound phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, providing management with accurate forecasts of potential sales on an on-going basis and support to our Fortune 500 and other clients. This position offers a hybrid work schedule working both from home and our US Headquarters in Westlake, Ohio.
The ideal Inside Technical Sales Representative is a results-driven sales professional and an excellent communicator who thrives working in a team environment. The incumbent will work closely with the outside sales team making outbound phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, performing presentations and demonstrations, providing management with accurate forecasts of potential sales on an on-going basis and support to our customers.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales driven position responsible for the turnover of Struers equipment, accessories and consumables consistent with budget levels for the designated sales territory via phone communication
Maintain records of customer contacts using the Pivotal CRM system, ensuring that key contact/account profile information is updated, appointment purposes and results are logged and forecast information is accurate.
Provide Management with accurate forecasts of potential sales on an on-going basis.
Occasional travel to existing and potential customers (including joint calls with assigned field representatives and coverage of open territories when needed)
Conduct equipment demonstrations for customers in our Westlake, Ohio facility
Perform administrative and support duties such as accurate completion of customer correspondence and quotations requests in order to promote the best possible level of service
Coordinate sales and marketing activities with corporate office in Westlake, Ohio
