Maintenance Technician (Maintenance)

We are looking for individuals who can work well in a team, communicate effectively, and take pride in doing their job.
Schedule:
Full-Time 40 hours per week; weekend work required; schedule based on business needs.
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, and basic carpentry.Interact with guests when necessary.Provide documentation of work perform for each task assigned.Identify undocumented issues or opportunities for improvement by creating new work orders.Complete a daily invoice which includes what properties were visited, the work performed, material costs, and the time spent completing the task.
Preferred Skills:
Hot tub and pool maintenance.HVAC knowledge.Appliance repair experience.Cabin maintenance experience.
