WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Senior Sales Enablement Manager you will be responsible for driving the success of new hire onboarding programs with a focus on measurable outcomes and long-term sales effectiveness. You will lead the advancement of sales and sales coaching skills across the organization, ensuring alignment with commercial go-to-market (GTM) strategies. In addition, you will play a key role in change management initiatives, delivering clear, effective communication and training to support commercial teams. Success in this role is defined by improved sales performance, faster ramp times, and seamless integration of strategic initiatives.

WHERE YOU'LL WORK

This position will work a hybrid schedule from either our Leawood, KS or Burlington, MA office locations preferred. Remote will be considered within the United States.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding experiences that accelerate time-to-productivity and ensure measurable learning outcomes.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance core sales competencies, leveraging data to identify skill gaps and track progress.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support product launches, messaging alignment, and field readiness for GTM initiatives.
  • Lead enablement efforts for organizational changes, ensuring clear communication and effective training that drives adoption and minimizes disruption.
  • Track enablement effectiveness through KPIs and feedback loops, using insights to refine programs and demonstrate business impact.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience leading training and/or change management initiatives within sales organizations.
  • Experience as a quota-carrying sales professional, providing firsthand insight into the sales process and seller needs.
  • Proficiency with Highspot or a comparable Learning Management System (LMS).
  • A strong team player with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Skilled in virtual collaboration, including leading meetings and facilitating interactive working sessions.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to Travel Required <15%
