Customer Service Manager-LI (Administrative)



With our Company growth and expansion, we are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Bench Long Island- Customer Service Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, the individual will have the chance to lead and inspire our dedicated Customer Service teams, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. This position will be responsible for traveling to our Long Island based stores.

As the Customer Service Manager, you will play a key role in cultivating strong, lasting relationships with our valued customers by delivering exceptional service and swift resolution of customer concerns. You will be the driving force behind a positive customer experience, overseeing a team of Customer Service Representatives and supporting their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and coordinate the Customer Service team to consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences

Champion effective communication and engagement to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction

Foster the continuous professional development of your team through coaching and skill-building initiatives

Drive improvements in customer service processes and policies to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction

Oversee accurate and timely processing of both internal and customer orders

Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments at both corporate and store levels to ensure seamless operations

Analyze departmental reports and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement

Perform other related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the store

What Were Looking For:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of 4 years experience in a customer service role within a retail or customer-facing environment

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to service excellence

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and empower a team

Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities

A passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence

Strong communication skills, comfortable interacting across all levels of the organization

Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing)

Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

Working Conditions:
This role involves active movement on hard surfaces and may require bending, reaching, lifting (up to 30 pounds), and other physical activities. Youll often work in an indoor environment that includes exposure to machinery, temperature variations, and cleaning agents. Safety and attention to detail are paramount in this environment.
