Learning and Talent Development - Intern

As an intern in the Learning and Talent Development team, you will support the Learning Partners and Learning SMEs in delivering training programs across all levels of our firm including Early Careers, Leadership, Talent, and Technical. You will assist in managing resources to ensure learning and development products are delivered on time and within budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the implementation and management of learning solutions.
- Help plan and execute the delivery of learning programs.
- Support the participant experience by ensuring timely responses and seamless logistics.
- Collaborate with suppliers
- Work with Learning SMEs and stakeholders to identify required skills and qualifications.
- Assist in developing and agreeing on delivery plans with internal and external SMEs.
- Provide support to learning operation and admin teams.
- Help manage stakeholder relationships with key delivery partners.
- Contribute to continuous improvement strategies to enhance the learning experience.
- Assist in creating and managing policies and processes for learning solutions.
- Analyze and compile reports and presentations on learning solutions.
- Support multiple leadership development projects simultaneously.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Expected graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026
- Major GPA of 3.2
- Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to produce consistent quality work.
- Excellent written communication skills for different business audiences and communication types, across various locations and media
- An enthusiastic, proactive, 'hands on' and 'can do' approach to tackling projects and new challenges
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

- This position is based in our New York City, NY location
- This is an 8-week paid summer internship

Salary range for this position is $20-$30 USD/hr
