Marin Post Acute is looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to join our team on weekends. As the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff, you'll help create a warm and professional environment at our front desk.

Schedule:

• Saturdays and Sundays
• 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff with a positive attitude
• Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
• Provide general administrative support to various departments
• Maintain front desk organization and visitor logs
• Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and sorting mail

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior receptionist or front desk experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient with phones, email, and basic office equipment
• Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor
