As a Renewals Account Representative at eProductivity Software, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing customer relationships by ensuring seamless renewals of term and SaaS software contracts. Through proactive engagement and consultative selling, you will drive retention, identify upsell opportunities, and provide exceptional service that reinforces eProductivity Software value to its customers.
