Refugee Resettlement Coach (Security)

JOB FUNCTION:
Provide outreach, support, and follow-up services to New American individuals and families. Assist households to increase family stability by helping them navigate systems including linking households to mainstream resources and connecting them with supports in the community. The goal of the program is to help people granted a form of humanitarian protection, the opportunity to be healthy and stable, and live in strong welcoming communities.
