Welder Advanced - Level 2 (Shift 2) (Finance)
In this role, you will impact the quality of our products and processes, ensuring that our welding operations meet stringent industry standards and customer expectations.
You will report directly to our Welding Supervisor and you'll work out of our Torrance, CA location.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform advanced welding techniques on various materials, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect and evaluate welds to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve welding processes and enhance operational efficiency.

PAY EQUITY
The annual base salary range for this position is $49,100 ($23.60/Hr.) min - $$73,700 ($35.43/ Hr.). max. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. - At least two (2) years of experience in welding, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of welding safety practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in using welding equipment and tools, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
- Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Welding certifications are highly desired.
