In this role, you won't just be fixing things; you'll be the backbone of our operational efficiency. You'll have the crucial responsibility of keeping our specialized tooling, fixtures, and gauges in top-notch condition, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted production.
What You'll Do:
Diagnose, repair, and revitalize broken, damaged, or worn fixtures, ensuring they're ready for action.Conduct thorough inspections of various tombstones, gauges, and fixtures, guaranteeing their accuracy and reliability.Modify and create new tooling as needed to directly support and enhance our production operations.Champion our preventive maintenance procedures, making sure our equipment stays ahead of potential issues.Identify and resolve equipment issues quickly and effectively, implementing corrective actions to keep us moving forward.
