General Office Coordinator (Finance)



For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $57,868-$86,802 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Schneider Electric is seeking a detail-oriented and personable General Office Coordinator to ensure our workplace operates efficiently and professionally. This role supports daily operations, manages office supplies and maintenance, and serves as the first point of contact for visitors and inquiries. The ideal candidate also assists with billing, lien management, collections, and project documentation..

Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks including invoicing, certified payroll, and collections
  • Submit maintenance requests and coordinate office repairs.
  • Order office supplies and maintain the stock availability
  • Maintain a master calendar for meetings, events, and room bookings.
  • Greet and assist visitors daily, creating a welcoming environment.
  • Help improve office processes to boost efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Resides in Northern California
  • 3+ years of experience in an office environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing abilities.
  • Comfort with office software and equipment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with billing, SOVs management, liens, and collections is a plus.
