PAY: Starting $38 per hour + / DOE!

MDS Coordinator - Full Time - Monday - Friday (weekend flexibility as needed)

• Collects MDS documents within mandated, established and expected time frames.
• Compares data entered against the original MDS document; makes corrections as needed.
• Files the MDS documents in residents' charts.
• Maintains confidentiality of all patient care information.

Minimum - 1 year MDS experience, preferred.

Must have valid LVN License in the state of CA.
