What Youll Do
Greet every guest professionally and proactively, setting a tone of care and hospitalityListen closely to customer concerns and translate symptoms into technician-ready repair ordersReview inspections and service recommendations with transparency and credibilityCommunicate repair status updates and estimated timelines via phone, text, and in-personGuide customers through warranty, maintenance, and upsell opportunitiesClose repair orders and collect payment with clarity and professionalismHelp maintain high CSI and repeat guest retention through personal follow-up
What Were Looking For
2+ years of service advising experience at a dealership or high-volume independent shopExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong understanding of basic automotive systems and maintenance cyclesExperience with Tekion, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar service softwareAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced, guest-facing environmentHigh integrity and a proactive, team-first attitudeValid drivers license and clean MVR
