Engineering Support Specialist

In this role, you will impact the overall success of engineering operations by providing timely support and solutions to engineering challenges, thereby contributing to the quality and reliability of our products.
You will report directly to our Sr Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Clearwater, Florida location on a hybrid (3/2) work schedule, per policy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support to engineering teams in project execution.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving engineering issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- 1+ years of experience in engineering support or related roles.
- 1+ years of experience with engineering principles and practices.
- 1+ years of experience with engineering tools and software.
- 1+ years of experience in a team environment.
- Must be a U.S. Person
- Advanced degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in a technical support role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
