Sr Director, Head of Legal Operations (Finance)
Working in partnership with the EVP, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and other members of the global Legal Leadership Team, the Senior Director, Head of Legal Operations will play a crucial role in initiating and building a Legal Operations group and in the strategic and operational effectiveness of the Legal Department.
The ideal candidate will help establish and execute the Legal Department's strategic roadmap, embody the Continuous Improvement mindset, and be relentless in removing sand from the gears. This person will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the Legal Department, such as budgeting, staffing, employee development, technology, vendor management, compliance, and reporting. They also will assist in aligning the legal strategy with business goals and targets, and managing and tracking internal and external communications on legal, compliance, and privacy matters. The candidate should have experience in information governance, legal technology solutions, payment processing, and document storage and archiving. The person will report to the VP, Corporate Law and Governance.

Compensation & Benefits:
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay + commission, benefits and equity. The salary range for this position is $244,00 - $366,000. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be established based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
