Contract Configuration Analyst (Information Technology)



What to Know about the Job
The Contract Configuration Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring accurate provider reimbursement by configuring, maintaining, and auditing provider contracts and fee schedules within The Alliances claims processing system. This position requires strong attention to detail, data analysis skills, and the ability to interpret complex reimbursement terms.
The analyst supports the implementation of negotiated agreements, leads resolution of complex claims and contract discrepancies, and collaborates closely with internal teams and external providers, including third-party administrators (TPAs), to ensure accurate claims adjudication. This role also identifies recurring issues, recommends process improvements, and contributes to operational efficiencies across contract-related workflows.
