Senior Project Manager (Finance)

Role description:

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead projects across commercial, municipal, and transit sectors in the dynamic San Francisco Bay Area. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate and innovative team dedicated to delivering excellence in project execution, design, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with technical expertise and leadership skills, capable of driving mid-to-large scale projects to successful completion, particularly with experience in design-build and Public-Private Partnership (P3) projects.

Role accountabilities:

  • Lead and oversee project teams from concept development through construction phases.
  • Manage project documentation processes in Revit and/or CAD for medium to large-scale mixed-use projects.
  • Ensure technical integrity and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
  • Analyze project requirements and deliver solutions aligned with client expectations.
  • Establish and maintain documentation standards across projects.
  • Collaborate with design teams to develop constructible and innovative solutions.
  • Coordinate with multiple consultants to ensure project designs meet technical and operational goals.
  • Provide leadership in managing project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  • Drive and manage design-build and P3 project delivery models, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and client requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Professional degree in Architecture.
  • 15+ years of professional experience in architecture
  • 5+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale projects for public and private sector clients (California experience preferred).
  • Proven experience with design-build and P3 project delivery models.
  • Licensed Architect or PMP certification preferred.
  • LEED accreditation is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive self-starter with a track record of successful project delivery. requirements.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $118,000- $201,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
