Communicate program objectives in terms of overall business strategy.
Maintain governance frameworks, escalation protocols, and change control processes.
Risk & Issue Management
Proactively manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
Identify risk scenarios early and deploy mitigation or contingency strategies.
Ensure projects stay on track across scope, cost, quality, and schedule.
Operational Readiness & Execution
Oversee critical launch activities: facility buildout, EHS compliance, workforce readiness, and production qualification.
Ensure readiness of systems, processes, and teams to support manufacturing ramp-up.
Collaborate closely with engineering, test, quality, and supply chain functions for smooth operational transition.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Drive metric-based reporting and real-time dashboards to monitor progress against KPIs.
Deliver executive-level briefings and written updates on project health, issues, and improvement opportunities.
Implement lessons learned and continuous improvement practices across programs.
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
Inspire, guide, and motivate cross-functional teams to high performance.
