Field Service Technician II - Energy Auditor (Finance)



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Energy Saving Measures installation
  • Site pressure diagnostics
  • Site combustion safety testing
  • Delivery of field related customer service
  • Delivery of customer education
  • Coordination of work performed with the Program Coordinator
  • Ensure on-site quality, and troubleshooting where needed
  • Deliver program services in a timely, efficient, and thorough manner
  • Ensure the required inventory is obtained and delivered for all required site work
  • Carry all needed tools, equipment, and materials in vehicle to perform all Technician duties

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.As a Field Service Technician II with Honeywell, he/she/they supports the residential weatherization team by delivering efficient, high-quality service to customers across Northern New Jersey. In this role, he/she/they optimizes field operations, ensures customer satisfaction, and contributes to business growth while applying technical, safety, and problem-solving skills. Reporting to the Program Coordinator, he/she/they manages onsite service visits, maintains a Monday-Friday schedule, and utilizes a company vehicle to perform field assignments effectively.MUST HAVE

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • 1+ year of work experience in skills trades, such as plumbing or HVAC
  • A valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to Honeywell

WE VALUE

  • BPI (Building Performance Institute) certification
  • Face to Face customer service experience
