Join our dynamic marina team as a Member services specialist, where youll be the friendly face and voice supporting staff, members, and guests. Youll handle inquiries, resolve conflicts with tact, and ensure everyone enjoys an exceptional experience on the water.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, members, and guests

Respond promptly to member questions via phone, email, and in person

Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve conflicts courteously

Process daily cash, credit, and check payments; follow up on past-due balances

Perform routine administrative tasks, including office leasing support

Provide accurate information on marina products and services

Be available for overtime as needed

Complete other duties as assigned by the Marina Manager
Event/Party Planning and Coordination
Safety & Environmental Duties

Follow all SHM safety and environmental policies and complete required training

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment for each task or area

Report accidents, injuries, spills, and near-misses immediately

Technical and Physical Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, preferred

Prior marina experience, preferred

Proven customer service experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Ability to sit for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
