Accounting Manager (Finance)

Overview

Responsible for maintaining financial integrity of assigned accounting processes including the financial close process, journal entries, account reconciliations, fixed assets, internal and external audit support. The Accounting manager will interact and work with corporate and field accounting personnel as well as internal and external auditors.

Responsibilities

• Essential Duties
  • Prepare and Analyze Monthly Revenue Accruals
  • Prepare and Post Monthly Journal Entries for month end closing process
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and other reports
  • Analyze financial results
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations of account balances
  • Analyze Actual vs Budget Variances
  • Prepare and Review Annual Budget
  • Prepare required tax forms and manage any tax audits or government requests
  • IT and Oracle assistance and training as needed for all departments
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• • B.S. Degree in Accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Oracle experience preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to Supervise and Train Employees
  • Self-motivated and task oriented
