Lead Snow Shoveler Winter 2025/26 (Manufacturing)



SUMMARY
Clear snow from walkways, entrances and common areas. Occasionally perform rooftop snow removal. Assist with parking guests and employees in assigned spaces. On busy days help direct guests to parking spots to maximize parking lot space. Greet guests coming to Grand Targhee. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employees job is to get and keep guests. A key part of every employee's job is to serve as a Targhee ambassador, engaging the guest at every opportunity.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
No prior experience or training.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
None required.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Must be able to see oncoming traffic from various directions and properly direct traffic to appropriate location.
