Wintrust Investments, LLC, seeks a full-time Registered Senior Financial Associate professional to provide sales and administrative support to the STRAD team located in our Chicago loop office.

Position Overview:
The Strategic Advice Team (STRAD) provides service to a segment of the Wintrust Wealth Management (WWM) client base in need of advisory services from a financial professional but may not be currently working with a WWM Financial Advisor or Sales Team. We are seeking an individual that is comfortable with engaging clients and prospects to identify investment solutions to meet the client needs and goals. In addition, the hired individual must be comfortable with working in team-based call center environment.
What you'll do:
Provide a full range of services including answering client inquiries for account and portfolio information and handling client requests, acting as the point person for client-related issues.
Responsibilities include opening and maintenance of client accounts, handling account paperwork, client correspondence, trade execution, asset movement, report generation, cost basis evaluations, and other account related activities.
Possess relationship management skills and cultivate a service environment targeted towards enhancing the client experience. Thorough understanding of a client service environment is required.
Analyze/problem solving, both independently and with the advisors/consultants.
Monitor/escalate service issues to ensure a high-quality response to clients.
Possess knowledge on a wide array of financial products and services.
Other duties, as they arise.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
SIE required.
FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 preferred (if unlicensed required completion within 6 months of hire date.)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; knowledge of LPL ClientWorks.
Customer service experience in financial industry strongly preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this role is $36,000 - $55,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
