Starting Pay: $37-46,500/yr SNE

Pay Grade Range: $37-56,000/yr SNE

Additional Incentives:

As our Supply Chain Coordinator 1, you will:

  • Process purchase orders placed for outside vendors, checking for accuracy, copy, pricing, specifications, and service.
  • Provide fast, efficient, and responsible service to the sales force for subcontracted volume.
  • Develop working relationships with vendors to obtain best prices and delivery for sales
  • Coordinate purchase order acknowledgement with sales and customer service (or manufacturing, as applicable).
  • Resolve disputed purchase orders with suppliers; negotiate settlement of complaint reports.
  • Review and process claims against order with suppliers.
  • Follow up on order status and maintain logs / tracking.
  • Match vendor invoices with order contracts.
  • Perform and key complete functions pertaining to job orders / reqs.
  • Product code order contracts, calculating ND additional service charges as applicable.
  • Perform order checking function.
  • Maintain and update all files for the required time period on orders received in the local office.
  • Mail samples and B/Ls to sales reps and close order files.
  • Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
  • Assist in inventory control.
  • Work in an industrial environment and on the production floor on a daily to weekly basis as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, reach above shoulders, and kneel during shift.
  • Ability to lift 40lbs as needed.

Qualifications:

  • HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One - two years of relevant administrative/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment directly related to the duties of the job, OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of work experience.
  • Requires good knowledge of general/standard administrative/manufacturing operations procedures and methods to successfully complete the duties of the job.
  • Must have general knowledge of technology to include computers and software programs such as MS Office, Google Suite, or MAC word processing, spreadsheets or other programs related to the print manufacturing process or administrative support.
  • Must be familiar with applicable skills and procedures required to perform the duties listed in the job.
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills sufficient to provide routine information, answer inquiries and/or refer calls.
  • Requires good organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to solve problems related to duties of the job.
  • Basic knowledge of price and cost analysis.
  • Ability to research new trends in purchasing techniques.
