Sr IT Architect (Finance)
You will be responsible for supporting the applications that are a part of your service (Microsoft Unified Collaboration and Communications) with end-to-end accountability. This includes but is not limited to Solution Rollout, Feature Enhancements, Automation, Operations and Maintenance of Infrastructure and App integrations, as well as Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice Planning/ Designing / Solutioning / Deployment / Migrations. You will also manage Microsoft Teams and Microsoft UC Solutions (On-Prem and Online), Cisco Routers using as Session Border Controller (SBC), Cisco VG3XX configuration, AudioCodes MP, Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice infrastructure (Local/Centralized Voice Circuits, SBCs, UC Devices and Endpoints (Fax, IP Phones, Paging Systems, PBXs, Voice Gateways, Cisco Call Manager etc.) and Build and Transform Microsoft UC Solutions (Teams, M365) for Global Customer, Communication to Business/Site-Lead/Local IT/Vendors/Suppliers.
You will report directly to our Operations Leader and you will work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.We have an opportunity for Sr IT Architect to join the Microsoft Unified Collaboration and Communications team at Honeywell in Charlotte, NC. In this role you will: Provide support in delivering business value through effective incident and problem management; Help deliver fit for purpose ITSM processes and support enterprise adoption provide reliable information and data to enable management decision making throughout the service lifecycle; Support proactive problem identification and ensure the return of IT Service to users as quickly as possible to minimize disruption to business.YOU MUST HAVE
