Unit Research Administrator (Finance)
The Office of Clinical Research continues to see an unprecedented growth in clinical research. OCR has recently taken on oversight of federally funded clinical trials which meet specific criteria, in addition to a large influx of Covid related clinical trials. The Unit Research Administrator position will assist with the negotiation of industry funded clinical trial agreements, as well as federal awards. This position is key to OCR's continued success meeting tight project startup timelines and the advancement of the clinical trial portfolio at USF Health.This position requires a Bachelor's degree and 1 year of professional administrative experience; or a Master's degree. Progressively responsible related experience may substitute for the required education on a year for year basis.
FLSB1310 Equivalency:
4 years of directly relevant experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree.
6 years of directly relevant experience may be substituted for master's degree.

Accurately updating databases, storing applicable documents, and assisting with the generation of monthly reports.
Develops and fosters relationships with PI/study teams, Sponsors, Contract Research Organizations, and other research partners/customers.
Assists with the development and maintenance of departmental workflows, guidance documents, and SOPs relative to job function.
