Hiring Salary: $39,000 - $42,000

Position Summary:

This position will provide specialized functions for the USF Health College of Pharmacy, Graduate Programs. This position will perform a variety of academic functions to support the office and clerical functions of the program, students, and faculty.

Special Skills/Training: Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and as a team player. Knowledge in graduate Banner systems, Registrar's Reporting System, Canvas, Respondus Lockdown Browser, various social media accounts, and other USF systems.Education/Experience

Minimum Qualifications: This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with four years of experience in office or administrative positions. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.Working at USF

  • Responsible for the creation and entering of course information/corrections into BANNER/OASIS for the College of Pharmacy, Graduate Program courses. Coordinate space requirements, classroom logistics, and panopto requests to ensure seamless delivery of instruction. Provides support for instruction through canvas administration of Graduate Program course syllabi, class materials, exams, course evaluations, and course inventory.
  • Supports students' academic progression through processing course permits, creation of student files, and managing all administrative requirements of Master Thesis.
  • Creates informational materials and other promotional flyers/handouts for students and faculty (i.e. course flyers, other various course schedules).
  • Assist in cultivating the social media presence of College of Pharmacy, Graduate Programs on a variety of social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of Office of Graduate programs events (i.e. orientation, informational sessions, coffee and conversations series, faculty/staff retreat). Serves as the Office of Graduate Programs Student Organization (NANO) Advisor and assists in event planning for the organization.
  • Provides administrative support to the Office of Graduate Programs Curriculum Committee.
  • Performs other administrative duties as assigned in support of the academic mission of the College of Pharmacy, Graduate Programs Office.
