Molding Operator (Finance)
We're looking for an experienced Molding Operator to join our team in Menomonee Falls, WI. In this role, you'll run assigned equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring that every product meets our quality standards. Job Details
- Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly (Non-Exempt)
- Pay Range: Competitive
- Location: Onsite - Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin
- Operate assigned mechanical equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform first piece inspections and ongoing quality checks
- Use basic measuring tools to verify product specifications
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Read and interpret blueprints as needed
- Accurately complete production documentation
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures
- Carry out other tasks as assigned
- Skilled in machine operation and basic troubleshooting
- Familiar with precision measurement tools
- Ability to understand and follow work instructions and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
- Basic math skills
- Education: No formal education required
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Required to stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to push/pull objects up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent bending and stooping required.
- Must have the dexterity to handle small objects.
- Must be able to work in noisy environments.
