Director, Enterprise Applications (Finance)
Key Accountabilities & Expectations
- Establish processes and team structure to effectively support our application landscape, including SAP, Dynamics, and other packaged applications.
- Lead implementation of the new Cooper CRM platform
- Lead cross functional process mapping and improvement exercises as Cooper modernizes the ERP landscape
- Lead all integration of new acquisitions from an ERP/Applications perspective
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience with SAP (ECC6 preferred) or 10+ years of other ERP experience in a manufacturing and distribution environment, with demonstrated experience and knowledge of ERP, enterprise level applications packages, financial, complex data structures, and reporting systems.
- 10 years of demonstrable experience in an application leadership role, whether in software development, data, enterprise applications or a combination.
- Experience managing Microsoft Dynamics preferred, with a focus on Field Service, CRM and Customer Service
- 5+ years experience with mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on acquiring and merging new organizations
- Technical software or enterprise architecture background with various systems: reporting, finance, databases, custom applications etc.
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree. Master's degree preferred.
- Strong people leadership skills including talent assessment and development,
- Extensive experience with software development and the SDLC, including experience with enterprise architecture, agile/scrum methodologies and CI/CD.
- Experience building and managing teams that blend internal and external resources
- Process mapping and optimization
