Senior Cost Analyst (Project Management)
The Senior Cost Analyst is responsible for developing analytical tools to help support the companys objectives. Areas of focus include, Cost of Goods sold, variance analysis, and working primarily with the operations team to analyze business performance and support them in making fact based decisions.
This position can work remotely, but ideally will live within driving distance of our Neenah, WI facility and be willing to come into plant as needed.
Essential responsibilities:
Maintain standard cost system, including material costs, bills of material and routings, used for inventory valuation and providing a basis for manufacturing variance measurementsDevelop standard policy and procedures for all costing functions that can be used on an Enterprise level and used as a guide during acquisitions.Work with operations to report production and record inventory transactions accurately and in a timely manner.Actively participate in month-end / quarter-end/ year-end close.Develop and generate useful tools for the operations area for variance analysis and COGS expenses.Create standard work around PPV variance and review as needed with sourcing department.Assist with DCR creations and changesAssist in annual budget for labor/production reporting, PPV analysis, overhead analysis, etc.Organize and perform standard cost roll activity.Prepare cost quotes or cost analysis for sales/marketing on existing or new business opportunities.Assist with capital requests as needed.Participate in the Lean continuous culture and activities as needed.Continually work to gain an understanding and knowledge of the business and systems in an effort to actively participate in TIDI Products commitment to continuous improvement in all areas of operation.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing work environmentRelated experience in cost accounting and/or financeTechnical skills in account reconciliation, cost analysis, and month-end close responsibilitiesAbility to plan and manage multiple projectsExcellent interpersonal skillsMust demonstrate effective problem analysis and communication skillsMust be familiar with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel

Estimated starting annual base salary pay ranges is $80,000 - $90,000.00, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances.
