Speech Pathologist (Healthcare)



Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team, providing exceptional care across primary care clinics, home health environments, and other outpatient/community-based settings. The ideal candidate is flexible, collaborative, and committed to helping patients improve communication, cognition and swallowing function.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive communication, and swallowing disorders.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.Provide therapy in a variety of settings including primary care offices, patient homes, and telehealth when appropriate.Collaborate closely with primary care providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.Educate patients and caregivers on techniques and strategies to support therapy goals.Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.CPR certification.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.Experience in home health or outpatient settings a plus.Strong communication and organizational skills.
