Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Cedar Hill Healthcare & Rehabilitation. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to our residents, contributing to their health and well-being while embodying our motto of 'Be Better, Be Different.' This position is vital in delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.

Starting pay for this position, based on experience, is $28.50 an hour
Shifts available: Day Shift- 7am to 7pm
This position comes with the following scheduled days on an every 2 week schedule.
- Week 1: Thursday, Friday
- Week 2: Thursday, Friday

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Perform physical examinations and assess patient health status.
Provide direct patient care, including catheterization and venipuncture.
Manage acute pain and implement infection control protocols.
Assist with airway management and health coaching for patients.
Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
