Job Description:

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Operations Manager to join our team and lead the execution and oversight of marketing operations within the MADO (Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Outsourcing) space and strategic marketing projects. This role requires a highly organized, strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and exemplary communication skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess deep knowledge of marketing operations and analytics, and be capable of driving complex, multimillion-dollar initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Strategic Oversight

  • Take ownership of marketing and martech projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, resource availability, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage risks through proactive identification of roadblocks and development of mitigation strategies.
  • Build and maintain project assets, including detailed plans, reports, dashboards, and KPIs, to track progress and performance.
  • Evaluate project performance to ensure successful execution of tasks.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the Global Marketing and Communications M&A team for M&A-related activities.

Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Drive the execution of strategic initiatives, including feasibility assessments, timeline planning, risk identification, and resource allocation.
  • Lead workflow and process design, implementation, and optimization, including content creation, asset development, and template management.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to ensure clear and timely information dissemination across all workstreams.

Data Analysis & Performance Management
  • Conduct data analysis, including budgeting, financial modeling, and KPI development, to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Establish and maintain dashboards to track marketing performance and key metrics.
  • Provide thought leadership in marketing analytics and technical innovation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design models and identify incremental revenue, margin, and productivity opportunities.
  • Design experiments to gain deep insights into complex modeling and analytics challenges related to marketing initiatives.

Operational Leadership
  • Drive and oversee the execution of complex, multimillion-dollar marketing programs, ensuring efficient tasking and utilization of virtual operation teams and pan-company resources.
  • Define and implement new processes, tools, and technology requirements to continuously improve marketing performance management systems.
  • Develop and enforce cross-region marketing and sales policies across multiple product lines while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Be recognized as an authority on marketing policies, resolving complex challenges, and handling sensitive information with discretion.

Training & Enablement
  • Lead the design and delivery of training and enablement programs for marketing analytics and operations team members.
  • Develop training content and provide guidance to ensure team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel.
  • Share best practices across teams to drive consistency and excellence in marketing content development and operational processes.

Leadership Reporting & Communication
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations and strategic plans to senior leaders based on analytical research and insights.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in marketing operations or project leadership roles, particularly in M&A and strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, KPI development, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, multimillion-dollar programs and drive results through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Expertise in marketing technology, tools, and process optimization.
  • Leadership experience, including managing and mentoring team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S. -based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $115,500.00 - $266,000.00
