Pipefitter/Welder (Finance)



As a Pipefitter/Welder here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the reliability of our systems and supporting our commitment to operational excellence.

You will report directly to our Superintendent and you'll work out of our Shreveport, LA location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the performance and longevity of our piping systems, contributing to the overall success of our projects and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Install, repair, and maintain piping systems and related equipment.
• Perform welding tasks and ensure the integrity of welds on various piping materials.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.As a Pipefitter/Welder here at Honeywell, you will install, assemble, fabricate, maintain, and repair mechanical piping systems, ensuring proper alignment and efficient functioning of steel, copper, and plastic pipes. You will report directly to our Superintendent and you'll work out of our Shreveport, LA location on a Onsite work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE
• 5+ years of experience in pipefitting or welding.
• Advanced technical knowledge of piping systems and welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• In-depth familiarity with safety standards and regulations in the piping and welding field.
• Experience with various welding processes and tools specific to pipefitting.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
