North America Business Development Director (Finance)
Mission
RINA is currently seeking to hire a North America Business Development Director. This newly created position will contribute to our continued success in growing our Energy and Infrastructure Consulting businesses.
Mission
The North America Business Development Director will join Rina's Commercial organization. The mission is to maximize the commercial success of Rina Consulting with customers located in North America (NAM). The commercial success is measured through the order intake amount (i.e. the amount of contracts awarded) and the relevant marginality. The result will be pursued in close collaboration with the technical and project management units, as well as several corporate functions (Marketing, Communication, ...)
Key Accountabilities
The North America Business Development Director will develop and implement the NAM commercial sales strategy to drive organizational growth and market positioning through the leadership of a structured team of Business Development professionals to accomplish the following:
• Enhance brand visibility in the NAM market through networking, promotional activities, and participating in conferences and exhibitions.
• Collaborate with Operations Management to align long-term objectives with business needs and requirements.
• Ensure operational, quality, technical and financial goals are met.
• Lead sales initiatives and client relationship management across assigned geographies.
• Identify targeted clients and define commercial initiatives, overseeing the pipeline of opportunities to ensure alignment.
