Summer 2026 Business Internship- Customer Service Associate (Finance)



What You'll Do:

We're looking for a positive, high-energy person to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Service Intern. As our intern, you'll work alongside the Customer Service department to ensure customers receive the support they need while helping us stay organized and efficient. The goal for this position is for you to apply your talents, grow professionally, and make a meaningful impact on how we serve our customers.

On a typical day you will be accountable for:

  • Answering basic customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy

  • Logging customer feedback and issues into the CRM system

  • Updating and maintaining customer records in CRM systems

  • Organizing and maintaining digital files (training materials, feedback logs, templates)

  • Assisting in the preparation of weekly reports on service trends and customer needs

  • Performing Quality Assurance calls with customers and documenting their experiences

The person we are looking for is:

Education, Experience & Proficiencies:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred

  • CRM or customer service experience a plus

This is a 14-week internship program, here are the details:  

Our goal is to build lasting professional relationships that will help prepare you for the modern workplace while also helping BLUSOURCE find our next full-time Blu Crew members. So, over the course of the summer, BLUSOURCE interns will learn about business operations, receive dedicated time and feedback from business leaders, have opportunities to make formal presentations to company leaders, and gain useful experience in their department.   

Dates: May 11 – August 14 

Hours: 8:00-5:00 Monday-Friday  

Compensation: 14.50/hr
