Threader and Townsend Machine Operator (Manufacturing)

Job Summary
The Threader and Townsend Machine Operator is a member of a team with the responsibility to maintain the efficient flow of material at multiple machines at a time. Additionally, they will set up machines, verify the quality of the produced product, and sharpen tooling. This position includes manual support to production activities, material transactions, inspection, and packaging of finished goods. Uses ERP software and process verification paperwork, maintains their work cell and ensures quality and production standards are met. Reports work results, priorities, progress, and other related activities to management, in the support of company initiatives, standards, policies, and overall continuous improvement.
