Lead Manufacturing Technician- Software Maintenance required (2nd shift 2pm- 10:30pm) (Finance)



As a Lead Maintenance Technician here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the maintenance operations for our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities and equipment, while also leading a team of maintenance technicians. With your expertise and leadership, you will contribute to the overall efficiency, safety, and reliability of our operations. You will report directly to our Facilities Manager and you'll work out of our Redmond, WA location. In this role, you will impact the organization by: - Leading and managing a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations - Developing and implementing maintenance plans and schedules to optimize facility performance - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address maintenance issues and ensure compliance with regulations and standards - Monitoring and analyzing maintenance data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives
