We have become a local, national, and international resource for adoptive, kinship, and foster families and the professionals who support them. C.A.S.E. set out in 2021 on a new strategic direction to grow our clinical and training programs into a National Demonstration & Teaching Clinic - now known as the C.A.S.E. Academy, and the National Center for Adoption Competent Mental Health Services. It is an exciting time as we grow our evidence-based adoption-competent clinical model and our accredited, award-winning training programs nationwide.

C.A.S.E has an annual budget of $14M and a staff of 70+ employees.

About the Position:
C.A.S.E. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior IT Specialist to support daily IT operations and assist in the implementation of strategic IT initiatives. Reporting to the IT Manager, the Junior IT Specialist will help maintain and optimize technology systems, support the IT Service Management (ITSM) framework, and ensure smooth, efficient IT operations that align with C.A.S.E.'s mission. This role is ideal for a candidate with foundational IT support experience who is eager to grow their skills in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist with day-to-day IT operations, including monitoring and responding to support requests via the ITSM platform.
· Maintain the IT Product & Service Catalog by updating service entries and ensuring accurate documentation.
· Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and cloud-based tools; escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or external consultants.
· Support system and data integration tasks, including CRM, donor, training, and clinical platform updates.
· Maintain and track inventories of IT assets, licenses, and warranties using asset tracking tools.
· Support end-user training through the creation of FAQs, quick-start guides, and other knowledge materials.
· Assist in configuring Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint and Teams to improve collaboration and file management.
· Enforce security protocols such as MFA and contribute to regular audits to support HIPAA compliance.
· Help maintain IT policy documentation and participate in process improvement discussions.
· Track vendor contracts, service levels, and maintenance schedules to support procurement and vendor evaluation processes.
· Contribute to a centralized IT knowledge base and participate in team meetings to suggest process improvements.
· Use every day AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to enhance productivity, communications, and task management.
· Stay current on emerging technologies and IT support trends relevant to nonprofit and cloud-based environments.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Attends and actively participates a variety of internal and/or external meetings, committees, and/or events which may not be job related, but are related to the agency's clients, mission, and/or its employees, such as but not limited to, All Staff Meetings, employee annual and or ad-hoc benefits meetings, agency galas, etc.
2. Adheres to C.A.S.E. core values.
3. Supports the program's operational philosophy, goals, and objectives congruent with the mission, values, vision and strategic direction of C.A.S.E.
4. Assist in the coordination and documentation of IT Steering Committee activities, including preparing materials, taking notes, or following up on action items.
5. Support organization-wide events or meetings with basic AV setup, virtual platform management, and troubleshooting.
6. Participate in special projects, pilots, or system implementations under the guidance of the IT Manager or consultants.
7. Assist in the review and testing of new software tools or platform updates before broader rollout.
8. Maintain awareness of technology trends and share relevant insights or tools with the IT team.
9. Provide basic support during cybersecurity awareness efforts, data clean-up projects, or internal audits.
10. Perform other duties as assigned in support of the IT function and C.A.S.E.'s overall mission.
