The Sr. Benefits Account Manager provides strategic consulting solutions, that still allow for flexibility, creativity, and data analysis. This role is responsible for direct negotiation on behalf of clients for solutions that are innovative and fiscally sharp. They also enjoy seeking out opportunities to challenge their skill set, while managing their workload proactively. This allows for unexpected delays in the renewal cycle to be handled with ease, ensuring tight deadlines are met.
To excel in this role, you must possess the ability to tailor all types of communication, including active listening, body language, clarity & take into consideration the overall impact of the message being delivered with logic & precision. It is key to have the ability to utilize quick thinking and physical/emotional cues of clients to strategically support their unique business needs on a daily basis. This includes being well versed in all levels of product offerings and industry trends, as a senior role often mentors peers.
