Marketing Manager (Project Management)
Position Summary: Creates and manages company website, inventory site, advertising and promotional materials for Birkey's Farm Store, Inc. Aligns creative direction with Birkey's strategic goals to execute marketing initiatives and support company objectives.
Essential Duties:
- Supervise and direct marketing staff including arranging work schedules, resolving personnel issues, and acting as backup when necessary.
- Track and report all marketing expenditures by campaign, channel, and initiative.
- Analyze campaign performance and measure return on investment (ROI), including impact on lead generation, sales conversion, and revenue.
- Oversee implementation of the company's marketing plan and coordinate marketing activities.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data, improving efficiency and reducing waste.
- Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events, etc.)
- Lead brand consistency across all external communications and materials.
- Manage in-store digital signage.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
- Oversee inventory on birkeys.com website, tractorhouse.com, and ironsearch.com.
- Update company website & social media with current marketing information and news of the company.
- Work closely with Sales to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and sales feedback.
- Promote Employee Stock Ownership Plan awareness and participation across the organization through internal marketing campaigns, messaging, and branded materials.
- Maintain a safe working environment and always adhere to company safety program.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (MBA a plus)
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a results-focused role
- Proven experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign ROI.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Experience:
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Experience in B2B or B2C environments with a direct revenue tie to marketing
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and attribution models
