Supervisor, Crisis Services (Personal Services)
14.Participates in 24/7 supervisor on call rotation to provide clinical consult to staff doing pre-admission screenings for inpatient hospitalization.
15.Demonstrates leadership and supervisory skills that fosters a culture that embodies LifeWays values of Exceptional Service, Person-Centered Care, Innovation, Integrity, Strategic Partnerships, and Compassion.
16.Provides input on department policies and procedures on an ongoing basis.
17.Ensures programs are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and keeps informed about changes in laws and regulations.
18.Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
19.Must be able to safely perform all aspects of the Safety Care crisis intervention model, which includes therapeutic de-escalation skills, as well as therapeutic holds
