*Library Technology Coordinator (Project Management)
The University of Oklahoma Libraries seeks to recruit a creative, mission-driven technology coordinator to join our Library Technology Operations team in the Digital Strategies and Innovation Division. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Library Technology Operation, the successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and maintaining library-specific technology hardware and software and all related items.
This position will assist with the design and selection of departmental computer programs, plan and coordinate special projects, review billing from contractors and vendors, approve departmental expenditures within predetermined guidelines, establish and maintain filing systems for confidential documents, answer questions, provide information and handle complaints for internal customers, collect and disseminate information for internal and external customers, update departmental procedures for a more efficient operation when necessary, and perform other duties as assigned.
