Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Offsite Linen Worker to join our team at CHOA Egleston Hospital. This role is ideal for someone with strong decision-making skills, quick action, and clear communication abilities. Deliver clean linen in covered carts to designated hospital areas
Collect soiled linen in covered carts and transport it to designated locations
Verify and document linen quantities accurately
Conduct linen inventory as required
Resolve basic client issues and escalate concerns as needed
Communicate linen quality or delivery concerns to supervisors
Build strong customer relationships and provide ongoing support
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow hospital and company procedures and safety guidelines
Operate laundry equipment as needed
Perform clerical tasks (e.g., answering phones, data entry)
Adhere to Joint Commission standards
Perform other duties as assigned
High School Diploma or GED required
1–2 years of experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or related fields preferred
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physically able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and lift (up to 35 lbs.)
Ability to push/pull carts weighing up to 400 lbs.
Willingness to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new applications
Receptive to giving and receiving feedback
