Your Role
As an Associate, Configuration team member in our distribution center, you'll play a vital part in assembling high-quality electronic or electro-mechanical products. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow within a hands-on, team-focused environment. Whether you're building components, ensuring quality, or supporting final packaging, your attention to detail will help us deliver excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Follow detailed instructions to accurately assemble products and related components
  • Support the preparation of product kits and ensure all parts are properly organized and complete
  • Carefully inspect finished work to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy
  • Assist with labeling, packaging, and getting products ready for shipment or further processing
  • Help identify and correct any issues with assembled items, ensuring they meet required standards
  • Keep your work area clean, safe, and well-organized in line with company guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals and maintain smooth operations

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-1 year of general work experience (prior assembly experience is a plus)
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions in a structured environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
  • Ability to work on routine tasks with supervision and support
  • A positive attitude and a team-player mindset

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $31,800.00 - $47,700.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
