IT Program Management Lead (Finance)



This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

As a IT Program Manager at Honeywell IT, you will bring your project management expertise to ensure the successful delivery of multiple complex projects. You will assemble project teams and allocate resources, define project goals, and maintain quality control throughout the project's lifecycle. You will conduct root cause analysis and share insights across the organization to boost productivity. You will implement standardized work practices, project management methodologies, templates, governance, and tools to ensure consistent, high-quality, agile execution of IT projects. You will lead efforts to enhance IT processes and programs.
