Our Seafood (BOH) clerks are responsible for cooking our fresh seafood, making and preparing salads, seafood sandwiches and grab and go items.
Responsibilities
The Seafood Clerks will cook and steam seafood for customer purchases, including grab and go itemsCheck and verify freshness of seafood items in live tanks. Verify and remove spoiled product and rotate merchandiseThe Seafood Clerk will weigh, price, and package customer selections using weigh scales, label machine and wrapping machineWork in a safe and proper manner, exercising safe food handling practices.Exercise proper safety practices on use of all equipmentOperate and clean seafood equipment and toolsOther duties as assigned
Requirements
18 years of age or olderWorking knowledge of seafood preparations and displays within a seafood departmentAbility to interpret, understand and follow instructions and solve problems
