What You'll Do (Role Purpose)

As the Digital Consumer Experience Leader for our NA Consumer Operating Segment, you will be at the forefront of delivering transformational consumer experiences of our brands via Digital. Your expertise in digital consumer journeys, digital product experiences and first-party data acquisition, as well as CRM will be pivotal in crafting exceptional digital experiences that resonate with our consumers. You will lead the strategy and execution of consumer promotions, ensuring a seamless integration of digital touchpoints across the consumer lifecycle.

The Impact You can Make

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital consumer experience strategy that aligns with the KC North America Consumer's vision and business goals
  • Lead delivery of new to market consumer centric digital experiences and platforms that cut across brands and business units, eg: websites, apps, retail experiences
  • Oversee Product Management function to ensure seamless and on-time delivery of consumer focused solutions
  • Oversee the strategy and deployment of first-party data acquisition to enhance consumer insights and personalize experiences.
  • Manage Marketing Technology ecosystem supporting owned digital channels and Retail syndication, in close partnership with IT (Digital Tech Solutions)
  • Lead the CRM team to optimize consumer engagement and retention strategies, and deliver excellence in execution in market – delivering brand goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive consumer journey across all digital platforms
  • Lead holistic Organic Search and Content deployment efforts, across Brand owned and Retail channels – achieving or exceeding our fair share of organic traffic to our digital experiences
  • Create and implement approaches to content development, deployment, and syndication across owned digital and retail channels that maximize efficiency and accelerate performance and engagement with consumers
  • Drive innovation in consumer promotions, leveraging digital tools to maximize reach and impact, and drive excellence in execution of integrated CP plans in-market – driving vendor relationships, W/NW splits, and maximizing ROI of CP across the enterprise
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital strategies and consumer promotions – accountable for delivery and performance
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing digital experience team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Experiences We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Senior Leader in Digital Marketing or a related field within a Fortune 500 CPG company.
  • Expertise in digital consumer journeys, CRM, and first-party data strategies, digital product experiences and consumer promotions
  • Strong track record of developing and executing successful digital consumer promotions.
  • Strong change management capability and ability to elevate organization acumen and support for a space that impact is hard to define as a CPG
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

The North America salary range: $215,500 - $278,500 USD

Salary Range: 215,900 – 279,100 USD

At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
