The Salesforce Platform Product Manager will report to the Sr. Director, Salesforce Platform Engineering organization. This role is responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and execution for the Salesforce platform supporting our Health & Benefits / Retirement & Wealth business lines. The Product Manager will work closely with agile squads to enhance the client experience by building new features, optimizing workflows, and ensuring alignment with strategic architectural principles. This role requires a strategic, innovative, and analytical thinker with a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities.
Define and execute the Salesforce platform strategy to drive business efficiency and enhance client interactions.
Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce enhancements, including integrations with existing systems.
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to execute Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) activities including Discovery, Define, Design, Develop and Delivery of platform product priorities
Deep expertise gathering requirements, conducting product and platform analysis, , and prioritizing backlog items to demonstrate clear value and delivery of ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver platform features, ensuring alignment with Inspira's vision and business line objectives (OKRs) and demonstrating measurable success (KPIs).
Develop, drive and refine the Salesforce product roadmap, develop and track ROI monthly metrics to demonstrate business impact and value delivery using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Drive adoption and best practices for Salesforce capabilities, optimizing user engagement and operational efficiencies.
Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce releases and industry trends to recommend enhancements and innovations.
Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and regulatory standards within the Salesforce environment.
Serve as a subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders on Salesforce platform capabilities.
Support sales teams in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) related to Salesforce-based solutions.
Participate in migration planning and enhancements for retiring legacy systems while migrating to modern solutions.
Track and communicate product progress through dashboards, reports, and stakeholder updates.
