Rate of Pay: $140,358.00 - $158,100.00 / year per
Job Duties: Responsible for integration projects processes and planning, development, documentation, testing, deployment, and maintenance aspects of the software development cycle. Provide high quality technical support for Supply Chain and Logistic applications support including Middleware/ERP and other technologies as required. Deliver effective technical customer support to our customer base, delivering solutions to both technical and non-technical end users while also supporting a wide range of technologies. Take ownership of technical issues, taking action to resolve problems, troubleshooting and working with our other groups like infrastructure, networking, database, process and other groups to resolve more advanced issues. Analyze Projects and Enhancements requirements, B2B preventive measures, requirements, and Technical Recovery Plan for Disaster Recovery to create functional design document and to reduce or eliminate the recurring issues. Create design documents and Technical Recovery Plan for Disaster Recovery to implement small enhancements, B2B preventive measures to reduce or eliminate the recurring issues. Complete Coding and Unit Testing of small enhancements, B2B preventive measures, and Design of Technical Recovery Plan for Disaster Recovery to reduce or eliminate the recurring issues using experience with the Software Development Life Cycle, including CI and CD pipeline architecture. Drive the requirements for cross-domain team automation and tooling.
